One of our experienced consultants will meet the business or functional owner at your office at a time that works for your to gather all the facts relating to your business. This creates a detailed business profile looking at your objectives and what you have achieved to date including business structure, performance and key metrics. The consultant will work through key areas in detail.
They will definitely have a lot of questions. We know through experience that the more data we collect the more we are able to help, quickly and effectively.
ANALYSE
We analyse our findings and return to you a detailed document with our high level recommendations. All of this is completely free of charge.

If we feel we are unable to help you we will tell you and it will cost you nothing, just a few hours of your time and coffee! However, we have not met a business we have not been able to help.
Once high level recommendations are agreed we will introduce you to the appropriate specialist who will conduct a full diagnosis and a detailed plan of action. We will fully brief our network partner so they will meet you as prepared as possible.​
